League dev's need to stop lying

They tell me in reply's to tickets i submit that that are constantly balancing the match making system, truth is that they are doing nothing of the sorts, match making is complete crap, and they just dont have the means to admit it, for what ever reason i dont know yet!, but i feel they either like to recieve angry emails filled with complaints cause they get paid by the bulk of emails they answer or they are getting paid lots by the people are part of the 1% of players who cheat at the game so to win every match they play, but as i see the 10% of players who play by the "normal" game standards that are in place are just out right screwed thanks to the fact that they are refusing to fix their match making system they claim isnt broken.
