Riot Gutted New Dark Harvest Too Hard

Its almost pointless to take this keystone now.

Dark Harvest (Domination Keystone) [Dark Harvest has extensive changes in testing on the PBE!] Soul harvest stack damage lowered from 10 to 6 Damage lowered from [20 - 80] to [20 - 60] [Full Tooltip] "Damaging a Champion below 50% health deals adaptive damage and harvests their soul, permanently increasing Dark Harvest's damage by 6. Dark Harvest damage: 20-60 (based on level) (+6 damage per soul) (+25% bonus AD) (+15% AP) Cooldown: 45s (reset on takedown)"

The damage is so minimal, if you get 10 stacks (which can take a long time to get if youre behind), youre only going to do 120(+whatever bonus damage you have) with it at lvl 18. Why even rework Dark Harvest if youre going to end up making it useless.

Yeah it seems the nerfs they put on it after it was OP on the PBE are too harsh. Maybe thats just my opinion though

They nerf the base damage significantly and increase the stacking, then revert the stacking and nerf the base damage yet again lmfao

What's so wrong with the farming focus of current Dark Harvest and that it's the rune system's ONLY farm-based keystone, though?

Why does every keystone have to be about either poking or chasing the enemy champ?

Holy shit they actually slaughtered it. You would need to be level 18 and have 20 stacks to make its damage even with electrocutes_** BASE **_ damage at 18. Then when you factor in the AD scaling you probably need about 30 stacks in total to make its overall damage tie with electrocute. On top of all this, it is harder to proc as well.

What the actual fuck are they doing LOL

Perhaps they should test this and see how it does in high elo on the live servers rather than basing it off diamonds rolling over bronzies on the PBE before actually making it troll tier.

Not as bad as it seems. Only time will tell how it performs.

The CD will reset on takedown so you could potentially proc it 5 times in 10 seconds.

I dont think you understand on how overpowered the new dark harvest was, thats why it has heavily nerfed already.

honestly just making it require the enemy to be under a health threshold would be a good enough change, hell they could even have the %hp increase based on stacks

poor simple example 1n stacks 50% 2n stacks 60% 3n stacks 70% 4n stacks 80% 5n stacks 90% 6n stacks on hit like original
