Is this how Master Yi works?

So with patch 7.2, it says master yi gets a stack of double strike for every second of meditate. Does this mean Master Yi can get up to 5 stacks(counting if master yi has a stack already) of double strike, with each AA doing 150% AD, and total applying on hit affects 10 times? If it's true, blade of the ruined king would seem really op since he could whittle down any champ with 5 aa's.

Double strike works by gaining stacks over time, until it reaches a cap, causing Yi's next AA to "strike twice".

Master yi can only channel meditate for 4 seconds. Double strike takes 3 autos and the 4th is a double strike. He Channels for 4 seconds he gets 1 single double strike only after channeling for 4 seconds. Not one double strike every 1 sec lol
