Since Aatrox is really centered on AS, why not make his w increase his attack speed a bit, kind of like TF's?

EDIT: Didn't his range on his leap thing used to be bigger?

We were told he would get buffs during preseason. Then after they missed that without saying anything they said he would get buffs end of january/early february. Still haven't seen anything. Don't be surprised if we get nothing until the divers class re-work. They would rather work on stuff for E-sports than on things they have promised us.

They said that he is gonna receive some kind of mini-rework.

Well, I think this whole kit pretty much needs work. He just gets kited so much and he usually can't get in range to use his life steal.

a rioter said they have big changes coming up for him that are coming up nicely just need to work on the visual art of it which gets me excited

Aatrox's problem isn't that he's not strong, Riot knows how to make him strong: buff his numbers. Aatrox's problem is that when he's strong he is extremely binary with nothing the enemy can do about it. He has a bad kit design.
