Can it be a good idea, to give her a short hop to go along with her E. no cooldown change or anything, but a short, Kindred like hop, just to slightly increase mobility without making her OP yet giving a tab bit more survival. I love her, but if mid feeds, zed or fizz etc. I feel like a sitting duck. and it would kinda make sense that she has to jump to send a giant arrow for vision over trees across the rift.

This would be an interesting mechanic, the ability to hop walls at the cost of your only escape on a longish cd would also be a nice thing. should note that a point blank ashe ult is very potent already though

No way it would break her. Leave her exactly like this she is good atm stop asking for more buffs people !!
