Ranked Borderline Unplayable

So has anyone noticed since the last few patches, ranked in bronze to silver elo is practically unplayable? I mean the usual trash community in this elo aside, it's almost like people are trying their hardest to make games unplayable. 9/10 games i've played since coming back to league after almost a month of inactivity has consisted of at least two people on my team trolling, one other flaming, then two actual players trying to play the game win or lose. There is the occasional one in a million game where you get a team that is at least willing to work together and fight to the end, and that is usually the game that turns out to be a win, but it is almost like if you ever get placed in low silver to bronze you might as well give up playing ranked on that account and start anew. You will never climb out without elo boosting, regardless of your actual skill. I'm sure that no matter what elo, there is always going to be that game where it seems like theres only one player on the team who can even hold their own, but that is a little beside the point. There is a difference between getting shut out in a game, and nobody on your team caring whether or not they even play the remainder of the match. This is what bronze and silver elo has turned into over the past...ohh...maybe half season? I'm not sure what actions could even be taken to try and patch this up, I suppose this is more of a rant than anything but is there really nothing that can be done about a bad community causing players to be stuck in this "elo hell" for the rest of their lives? It can really change a players opinion on what is supposed to be a fun competitive team focused game.

I've just finished my first ten games of ranked and I did feel that in say my first three games or so. One game we managed to snag a win with our mid lane feeding all match because the enemy team was also being trolled. In another instance, I was able to successfully ADC (my worst role aside from top) because of the enemy team getting trolled someone rolling with Teemo after lying about trading champs with someone. I was lucky enough to continue solo queue and ending up gold 4 after my first ten games. I suggest that you find a duo partner. I've been experimenting and in my experience I've found that mid lane and jungle is a better duo combo because you and your friend can set up the mid lane gank and now he can go top while you go bottom to roam or vice versa. Trolls are everywhere, perhaps Riot should make a way to ban people from ranked if they've been report for poor behavior too many times in normals.
