Perma-banned from LoL due to an entire team of crybabies who were partied together reporting me. Just proof of how the tribunal always has and always will be broken. They are allowed to trash talk all they want, but as soon as someone retaliates even in the slightest, the reports come rolling in and bans start getting issued on whoever got the majority vote. Too bad since the tribunal is an automated system, it doesnt do a very good job actually looking at the context of the reports. It can't seem to register that if three to four people have the same club name, that they are probably all friends, and that if one of them issues a report, all of them probably will. That being said, my chat log showing me telling the party in question to "please stfu and play" numerous times, is definitely deserving of a permanent ban. The chat logs of them telling me numerous times to "kill myself" and plenty of other super creative insults, were probably nowhere to be found. Thanks Riot, this is why your community has been slowly dying since around mid-season 5. I guess I'll just let you keep my hundreds of dollars worth of skins, and go play a game developed by people who actually care what type of people run the community. In 3-4 more years when LoL is a dead game, and Riot has turned into the next Bungie (money grubbers), everyone is going to be sitting here with the same question I have; "Why the hell did I spend so much money on this stupid game?" You are never punished for what other players did, only for your own actions. They may have been extremely toxic, and they will have to deal with the system the same as you, but it does not justify responding to them in a toxic manner. Permabans are the last step in a 4-tier escalating punishment system, so you were likely either being extremely toxic, or have already received multiple punishments prior to this for consistent toxic behavior and did not change.

If you wish to discuss whether your punishment was valid or not with the community, I suggest posting your reform card. If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System you will receive one with 1-3 chat logs in the client upon logging in, and should receive one in your email as well. If you need to get more information from Riot about your ban you'll need to submit a Support Ticket, as we can't deal with account issues here.

When players are being toxic like that, you should just mute and report them. If you stoop to their level and get into an argument, you're likely just giving them what they want, and you're probably making things worse too. Their reports against you will have no weight if you did nothing wrong, and premade reports don't stack either so you don't have to worry about groups abusing it.

Multiple reports and false reports don't do anything, just one solid report does. If a group reports you for the same thing it doesn't increase chances.
Riot and most of the community agrees that the "but he did xyz" means nothing. Retaliation is not an excuse.
There is no tribunal, its been in maintenance for ages.
The people who told you to kill yourself, if you reported them, also get punished.

You don't get permabanned unless you are a repeat offender or you did somehting way more serious that you aren't telling us, further more the system knows about premades I've been 4x reported plenty of times with no ban or chat restrict. You should of just muted them and played on man. Sucks you had to learn the hard way gl in your future games.
