Dear Riot, why do you have to make Ryze so horrible if he's not pick/ban?

I understand the issue with banning him, as he is a heavy scaling mana champ and you cannot rework him in a way that would change his identity, which again, is being a mana scaling machine spell-caster, but please, don't make him unplayable. Before the nerf, you were able to cast upwards of 15 spells if you saved your ult to reset the combo. Now, you are stuck with 5, and you practically need to build AP instead of mana simply to be able to compete with other mages in the game. Ryze currently has a 43.69% win rate, and before that he was a pick/ban champion. I don't think that a champion should be practically unplayable for four months before the mid-year rework. Azir has a 1.14% higher win-rate than Ryze, and he is the 2nd lowest win rate champion right now. It is absurd that he is at the state he currently is at.
