IBG Nerf

So in my opinion I think the nerf goes into the wrong direction. Tanks are buying it because of the utility and tank stats while still giving much damage. But with that Nerf tanks will still buy it and all you do is destroy it for Ezreal and any Bruiser who has built it. And if I remember correctly the item was designed for Ezreal. Imo they should reduce the armor.
