Toxicity and Poor Player Behavior during champ select.

I recently was in champ select when my Akali picked was banned after I had declared it by a teammate. Needless to say, I wasn't happy.

This isn't the first time I've had problems with people in champ select who have decided to just ruin my games. But saying that I need to sit through an entire game to simply report them is a little insane. I realize a solution might be hard to wrought so I have some of my own.

1.) Put a smaller, less detailed version of the report menu that is found at the end of the games, in champ select. This menu would only be able to handle 2 checked boxes as opposed to 3.

2.) In the client put a "report recent champ select behavior" button which would automatically access the chat log of the last champ select you were in (that wasn't a full game) and see what happened.
