Camille

I know camille seems balanced rn but she's a natural tank buster and seems be having trouble. Why play camille when riven does the same thing but better? She's also weak against the meta top laners.

I think camille needs some love to solidify her place in League of Legends as something a little more unique.

Some buff suggestions:

1.) Decrease the true dmg % at all lvls on her second q cast and lower the time between q casts for the true dmg proc. This would be to help her keep the movement speed when chasing down important targets while she's dueling them, and help her duel tanks. This change would sacrifice some burst for the ability to stick to her opponents better. (Edit: this suggestion isn't supported by me anymore. Refer to comments)

2.) Increase the stun time of her E at all levels. Giving her more time to proc her qs will help her duel tanks better.

3.) If she kills an enemy after casting hextech ultimatum she gains back X% of her max health over Y seconds (give her ult some survivability)

4.) The first proc of her Q gives health back equal to 0.75% of her max health. (Increases to 5% against champions) (might need to follow up with an increase in mana cost if this gives her vlad like sustain)

5.) Her passive refreshes on champion kills.

I know I'm not the highest rated player; however, I'm not wrong in saying that camille needs some love. Hopefully some rioter sees this :)
