Fix blitzcrank's Q hitbox

You know, the point stands to fix the hitboxes of all hooks.

But this is just straight getting hit with the light generosity of the hook, it wasn't the hitbox being too absurd. In the same way aim assist exists. There are many many more instances where the hitbox is legitimately confusing or frustrating.

Same goes for Thresh and Naut's hook.

Probably because it having a hitbox the size of the hand makes it too weak.
