A setting to disable particle effect changes on skins

Its so damn confusing when something your so used to dodging is completely changed and your brain is like dAFUG? Cause honestly, you cant tell the difference between Arclight varus's Q and R.

Id like the ability to disable skins as well but im pretty sure it would be difficult as some skins change the base model completely. So Riot pls give us the ability to hide particle effect changes. Its a small thing but at the same time its such a big thing. Obviously this wont affect skin sales as it wont affect your skin.

A competitive game like this really needs it, especially with some skins really getting out of hand.
