Smart Ping Freeze After New Client

Seems like theres a new issue with smart ping (ctrl + click), whenever i go to ping sometimes i get a massive game freeze lasting around 2-3 seconds, and its happening about 3 times a game. It only started happening around 9.16-9.17 when there was client changes. Drivng me crazy tbh, it even happens out of fullscreen.
