So, I recently bought 
and played him a bit. One thing I noticed right off the bat was that even if his E was up, and unused thus far, he would still be slowed, rooted or stunned by ranged abilities (i.e. 
) Does anyone know why this is? It doesn't make much sense to me.

charm with my E, I was not charmed.
Not entirely sure it was intended that way but everytime I jumped to an ally intercepting the charm this way did not trigger the CC on the charm.
