i saw a video about redmercy explaning about the qw combo it still work or riot considered it like a bug and fixed it?

the W -> Q instant cast has been removed, such that it takes the proper .25seconds to shoot out as opposed to the instantaneous "clone is traveling. spam Qwhile its still in motion for instant casted Q from clone."
That wasn't a bug and frankly im mad at riot for removing it
