40% CDR Kat is the most fun thing in League of Legends.
Except maybe 45% CDR Kat, but I like the magic pen/lethality.

I am too lol. 2 days ago I have been playing her in ranked to climb out of bronze with my friend. She is so much fun. It also helps that every game i get super fed (like 15+ kills, 2 deaths). It might help that im B4 after placements lol.

If they remove the reset on her shunpo she's literally going to be useless. They can't do that as it would make her pointless to play. Her damage is already delayed(a tiny bit if you play her correctly but it's still a delay). Also you can abuse her in the early levels REALLY easily. That's where she's weakest because her E CDR scales with level. Early on it can be a good 2-3 seconds(with some CDR already in you) before you get a reset even if you pick up a dagger. People are just being wary of her during that time when honestly that's when they should be fighting her. When I play Kat I try to play defensively until I get around level 5-6, because it just takes too long for your shunpo to come back up even if you grab a dagger. I'll take trades when I can but I still try to stay safe and only shunpo to them when I think I won't take much return damage. Her daggers are really predictable as well. If you've played her at all you know exactly where they'll bounce.
Also you can't get 80% CDR sadly, although....URF Kat should be extremely fun <3
