Riven's ult, new Dragon and maybe the future

I'm not sure if this was brought up before, but I'm sure we all know that AD buffs do benefit from the dragon's first buff as well, which is observable from Janna. The easy way of seeing this is how the AD changes twice after the shield disappears or when it appears, which is the exact same effect of buying a Rabadon's and seeing the multiplier kick in a second later.

The main reason why I mention that buff benefit from dragon is because Riven has a self applied buff that scales off her AD, her ultimate. The thing about this ultimate is that it sort of gets a double dip in terms of the stat gain from dragon's first buff, which is now 6%. She first gets the 6% buff, which increases how much AD she has, which increases the scaling onto her ultimate. She then ults and gets more AD, and now that buff gets another +6%. This causes her to get a very high amount of AD whilst having only a few damage items.

This isn't really a thing about Riven being OP, but I wonder if she will increase in play due to this double dip effect giving a few more free stats. I believe Janna has risen in play because she works so well with all the dragon buffs as well as just being a good champion in general, so I'm making a prediction that maybe Riven will also increase a bit more in play due this little exploitation. The meta seems to be a bit more about snowballing, and she fits that well. These new elixirs, especially wrath, look really good on her too.

Oh, and to be honest, this is a somewhat smaller thing, but champs have been put into sudden popularity over lesser buffs. This could just put her back into the spotlight again, and that's what I'm predicting.
