Can we add another long sword to Black Cleaver's build path?

Seriously, the 7.4 build path change hurt champions like Divers, Fighters and Skirmishers way more than it hurt ADC's (Like Lucian). You have to sit at 15 AD (if you complete Phage) and you can no longer get it out of building double longswords. Rito pls.
