Isnt jax supposed to go even with fiora, and isnt fiora supposed to counter riven?

Jax weakness is supposed to be his early game. But jax is destroying fiora in the early game. He just spams q and w and wins trade, doesnt need to use e. He just uses the e, to lose minion agro and disangage. When he hits 6 its done, if you parry his e he still wins the trade. Before it used to be that, fiora can bully jax before 6 and jax becomes good when he hits 6. But now he win lane all stages of the game.

If fiora supposed to be only a late game carry, then why does she only have a 51.61 percent winrate compare to jax 55.61%.

Fiora supposed to counter riven, but now it is the opposite! Fiora used to have around 53% winrate against riven, now 47%! Doesn't make sense, because riot said riven is a balanced champion!
