auto-reject surrender votes

I think riot should add a "auto-reject surrender votes before 25 minutes" option. If I'm playing a late game champ I don't want to ever surrender before late game when I come online. I don't care about the feeder in the top lane. I don't care about the noob jungler. I dgaf about anything except getting to the point where my character even starts to be effective.

They should let us know who refused to surrender so we can block you and report you for feeding.

Your die hard never surrender is a massive waste of time.
