If Precision is so OP that it's mandatory on every single champion in aram, then it should get an aram nerf. Taking Precision every game gets old really fast, while also making games extremely snowbally because of the takedown nature of the runes.

Domination: Dark Harvest W/ Precision secondary is the way to go
Because Triumph (or presence of mind depending on who you're playing) is really really OP. i always take precision as secondary
Well that could happen, but Riot rarely ever does map specific balancing. Unless it's for glaring issues like Dark Harvest.
Then again, "glaring" issues includes champs like Sona and Fiddle and they've been left untouched for years so...
