Change low-priority queue so I can look at the store

I was punished by leaverbuster because the client fucked up and I had to delete the cache files in order to force it to repair itself but I can't even browse the store or anything. I mean I accept that riot won't undo the punishments, but I at least want to browse around, look at champs, manage emotes or SOMETHING.
