Honestly confused about Zyra

I know I'm going to get flamed, but I honestly don't care. It already felt like Riot Ninja nerfed Zyra over the last month and didn't say anything, something felt very off with her plants/dmg output, and now another actually released nerf? Are we trying to make her unplayable? It's bad enough she has like 2 skins total, but then nerf her to the point of being useless? Why Riot? Honesty? We got OP champs running around and you nerf Zyra?

Just for clarification she has three skins- Wildfire, Haunted, and SKT T1.
