his is on a 2 minute cd.
I don't even get why you are upset about this. If leblanc dies, she won't get back into the fight till her passive is back up anyways.

And its pointless to put that skill on cooldown without helpful clone. The clone dies as soon as it is created.

The clone doesn't exist to fight for leblanc. It exists so leblanc gets a free 50/50 chance for life every time she dies

bad manner kid1 votesImagine if they added a toggle/activation sort of like HotS for passives.
IE: Volibear/LeBlanc can toggle it off by pressing "H" and activate it at low hp to proc it when they want to.
Could affect a number of passives, but those two come to mind.
