I don't know a solution, or even a way to prevent it from happening, but it seems like EVERY SINGLE TIME i get into promos i get someone that dc's or afks. I'm not even joking, 3 games in a row now I've had someone leave. I just want to play a fair game. I feel like I'm getting so unlucky. Or atleast a lost forgiveness? or a less LP loss. Just seems silly that if someone leaves you automatically lose LP after going 13-5
Matchmaking sets you to lose by giving you players with bad statistics , this way they make people even more addicted to the game .. by not letting players to harvest the fruits of their effort
The problem with that in other games is it results in people really being even more toxic to the player doing badly to DC to cause everyone else to lose less LP
What about a system where you can join 4v5's after a certain amount of time and the player joining gets rewarded, something like that?
I´d suggest that the game will end within 2 min after a disconnect happens in solo queue. The team with the leaver gets the loose prevented while the leaver itself gets 100%/125%/150%/etc (depending on the amount of games left in the last X hours/days) lp loose.
The opposite team gets 25-50% lp (no mr) gain depending on game length. In addition duo queue will be shifted to flex ranked in order to prevent abusing this system.
