Akali and towers

On an old post i made about tower range, someone commented that towers are there so that you cannot dive without consequence or something. From what i am seeing from Akali is the exact opposite of that. She can literally just set her cloud under tower and not be visible other than when she attacks or the vision pop up thing. Akali can even ignore tower aggro just by going back into her cloud. You might as well make everyone who has invisibility be able to do the same thing, not to mention they do not even have the same type of burst damage as she does. When is the next nerf for this mess-up going to happen? Akali wasn't even a champ who needed a rework the most in my opinion.
