700+ AD Darius in URF with only a black clever

Just played an urf game and i wondered how the darius was killing everyone, including my rammus, instantly. I looked at his ad to find that he had 750 ad. Please note he only has one AD item and that is a black clever. With the black cleaver alone without his passive, he has only around 280 ad. Did riot buff darius's passive to an insane amount just for urf so he can waltz around with 700+ ad with only 1 AD item and his passive while building complete tank for the rest of his build? I find it quite unfair that every other champ has to build all AD or all AP to even get 400 ad or 700 ap in urf. I get the ap part is op since they can spam, but even still, 700+ ad isn't fair. Especially to someone who does true damage based on that AD. he can literally just walk up to someone, pull, auto, auto-reset, and then r to one shot a tank. Please fix this for the next urf and not make it that unfair. Its URF, i get it, but there has to be limits to these types of things or it just isn't fun anymore. Even full ap syndra cant 1 shot tanks with a full combo.

Darius gets 30-230 AD from his passive based on level 1-18. Not sure where the other AD was coming from. Not sure how this interacts since you can level above 18 in URF either. Maybe its giving way more than intended after 18?

He was running Phase Rush with Celerity. Converts 8% of his move speed into AD.

7 Minute Black cleaver, which adds 20 more move speed. With boots (45), Phage (20) Base = 405 move speed. On Phase Rush, that's between 411- 587 Move speed.

So, Bonus AD would be.... 19.78 AD.

I have no clue. Your complaint would have more merit if you video'd it.

A 700 AD Darius is possible btw (5 Black cleavers on Transcendence), but this game shouldnt have.

It looks like you just had 3 melee rangers and two squish bags vs him so he got to punish you on nearly no cooldowns. His damage is high, but no higher than the damage he took, and not outside the realm of slopping gangbanging of him by your team.

But like, he has to hit you 5 times with an ability or auto to proc the AD bonus, that or dunk a target that is already near death. Either way, most of the time Darius dies before he gets to 5 stacks on anyone in URF. Even if he somehow gets to 5 stacks on you, half the URF roster can literally just walk/dash/blink away from him.
