Short Que vs Long Que (Role Picking)

Me personally, Id rather sit in que for 15-20 minutes to get a role i'd want to play rather than sit in que for 1-2 minutes and play off-role (or secondary).

Could you make it that your primary is more highly considered, I personally dont mind waiting a couple extra minutes, so long as I get to play my primary role.
