This basically means that with a bit above 600 total AD Fiora can 4-shot absolutely every single champion in the game with her ult-passive interaction alone, unless he/she somehow outheals her or has some sort of revive. Neat. Do you know anymore things like this that sound super OP on paper but can still be found in the game?

But getting such a huge amount of bonus AD on Fiora would leave her very squishy. Sure, she might be able to 1v1 people, but try hitting four vitals in a teamfight against five people when you're a glass canon.
Same for full AP tanks, they may or may not one-shot one person, and then they instantly die. It's a cheese tactic that might work if you get someone off guard.

its not far fetched with ad bonuses from runes like transcendence.
doesnt cleaver stacking alone get you to 500 ad with that rune? add gathering storm onto it and youre good.

tested in a practise game
precision/sorcery with transcendence and gathering storm at lvl 18 and 30 minutes and 3 infernals
build: 
gets you to 604 ad and 96% total damage on the ult.
with baron its doable.
you could also take domination instead of precision which gets you more ad from the path, and some more from eyeball collection.
baron buff and support buffs like 
e can get you more.
blue buff gets you another 10% cdr which translates into more ad.
basically its doable around 30 minutes if youre lucky with drakes. there are a bunch of options i didnt dip into. elder drake would reduce the required infernals to 2, since it doubles the bonus.
so its absolutely doable around 40 minutes.
Sire Hippington1 votesSome funfacts: with 525ad you deal over 2k physical damage in 4 attacks while most squishys have less than 2k hp with 525ad, MFs ult does 7152 physical damage on a huge aoe from a screen away With 515ad and IE(which has 10 less ad than the highest ad items), Caits trap headshot will crit for ~3224 damage, legit oneshoting an anivia(with no def items) from full at 18
with that much raw stats, mayne things get absurd...

640 AD and 103% damage on her ult.
thats definitely not far fetched, and easily doable in a 40 minutes game. especially since this build still doesnt take options like elder drake, baron buff ad, or support buffs into account. the biggest multiplier would probably be a third infernal.
also, next patch the conqueror rune can add 50 ad at lvl 18 while youd lose only maybe 15 ad from eye balls and the domination path combined.
