Hextech keys to difficult to get!!

Riot, key fragments are to difficult to get in contrast with the hextech chests, seriously, I have 4 chests ready to open, but I can't because I have only 2 key fragments and haven't got one since like p, seriously...10 wins ago. They are just to hard to get. In general I have got 2 keys (8 key fragments in total) since the whole hextech deal came out. Maybe I'm exaggerating about how difficult is to get them, but I think 10 wins in a row without a single fragment loot is something pretty unfair. I don't know if anyone else has had a hard time looting a key fragment, but I hope I have just had bad luck until now and that it isn't truthly that difficult to loot them.

I completely agree, I've gotten one in my last 20+games, and am currently sitting on 5 chests with only one key fragment. Maybe if there was a chance to get 2 fragments instead of one, or some other means of accelerating the rate at which they come it'd be easier. The current system requires me to play too many games for it to feel like I'm getting anything from it.

It's Riot's way of getting us to spend money. They tangle something "free" and tangible in front of our faces, make us believe we can earn it on our own, sneak in a retarded increasingly lower drop rate, and then they conveniently provide Hectech Chest and Key bundles for RP. Seriously Riot is so obvious lately, they come across as a thirsty panting dog at a club staring at all the women. Like come on, please have some dignity and respect.

I've got 4 key, but still need two. Haven't get any key fragment since 3 days ago, right after the upgrade. Can riot announce the drop rate, plz?
