Aurelion Sol disabled in NA?

Hello Riot, I just logged in in my NA account, sentado to the store and noticed Aurelion Sol was already released, then I tried to play a costume game with him so I could practice (given the amount of players that want to use him on normal queues), but when I was about to select him I noticed his icon was grey and said in red "temporally disabled". And I wonder first of all: why? And is this a big or something? And how long will it take till Aurelion Sol is available to play?
