I think Jarvans ults should be Aoe The Ult is very dodgable, not only vs flash but abilities such as yas,akali,fiora,vayne etc.. Once dodged, theyre is no dmg done at all.. Not only the "impassable terrain" is dodgable but its escape-able hence making it passable.. if the ULT atleast gave some dmg around it and in it, it would be fair. I also think if the ult is used right before you die but was never casted.. it should either half the ult timer for the next time used or be resetted. Again i think jarvans ult should be aoe... DMG to the captive champions inside and posibbly around it I say Jarvans ult should be AOE, incase it does miss.. some dmg, will be dealt if you was near it. Could possible be main dmg to the targetted champion and part dmg to the champions around or caught inside. or an unmissable ult thats like ZED DARIUS..ETC....

If it dealt damage in AOE then Assassin J4 would becomes absolutely OP. He would just turn into an AD version of Leblanc.

I say they need to buff the terrain so Vayne wouldnt be able to tumble out of it and in rare cases, enemies going through it if they have enough movement speed.

I wouldn't object for J4's ult dealing 30% of the ult's damage around the initial target though.

the tooltip for his ult should read "impassable terrain to any champions with no escapes or flash"

My issue is that he is royalty much like Azir. Azir's ult can not even be FLASHED over, yet another royal bloodline falls so short of Shurima.

the ult needs working on.. Dont see why an ult should miss if youre able to reach your target. Also dont see how the name would fit impassable when it isnt in many ways.. And the ult should definitely have a reset or a shorter cool down if you die before using it. Same as cait/lux etc Many champs are direct with their ult attacks, specially if theyre cursor targetted ults and jarvan is a dunk misser! =\
