Lagging

Anyone else lagging. Started lagging bad since mid-day yesterday and was hoping it would fix the following day. I would target an area,champ,minion and it would take forever for My champ to apply. Its very slow. I tried restarting, virus and other protection scanners and still no improvement. I was completely fine just yesterday with nothing being changed on the computer. Sometimes i would have problems making it to the game as well.

Could there be bugs in the game, effecting some systems to make the game playable?
