Having a surrender announcement

I think it would be cool if we could have the announcer call out when enemy team has surrendered such as "Enemy team has just surrendered!" or "RED/BLUE Team just surrendered!".Sometimes I jolt when see my screen moving towards their nexus without looking at the text and its probably better for beginning players to understand whats going on.
