Thoughts on these lazy Yi 'buffs'

Yi was in a fine place before devourer. Then devourer came out and he was broken. Yi gets nerfed. Devourer gets removed from the game... yi still not changed. Seriously all the justification you gave us riot for why yi was nerfed originally literally doesn't exist anymore. The items you claimed made him unhealthy don't exist anymore. Why the hell is the focus on giving him lifesteal? Why isn't the focus on core issues like alpha strike bugs, movement speed issues, QOL. The mana cost change on alpha strike is nice.. but there's literally nothing in this 'buff' that says to me, " riot took a deep look at master yi and found a way to fix his core issues without making him busted in bronze and silver."
