Riot, if the mindset is to bring back AP Rengar, can we have AP Yi back too?

What made AP Yi extremely toxic was prior to his massive rework, alpha strike had a 100% cdr whenever you got a kill/assist. Now you can't do that with Yi; there's a window of counterplay so he doesn't just chain alpha strike ggpenta. As someone who mains Yi and Rengar since season 3 I find it extremely frustrating that Rengar is getting so much attention on his rework/revert, but all that is happening to Yi is a slight mana buff on Q and a weird nerf/buff to meditate.

AP Rengar has always been a hipster build. AP Yi on the other hand was a legitimate build after everyone figured out that maybe 1k damage resettable Qs were good.
