In game Voice Chat needed NOW

I can see a lot of verbal abuses through teamchat vs strangers :S. Reading chatlogs to find out if a person is guilty or not is already giving me rolling eyes, but listening to conversation is just too much, imo.

Yeah no. Pings are all I'm gonna use. With the occasional warnings if something is warded, in chat.

I don't care to talk to strangers over the internet.

This has been addressed already, SEVERAL TIMES. They aren't adding it because in randoms, it created MORE toxicity than it helped gameplay (Mute is supposed to be a last resort option.) And in pre-mades, there's already external options like Skype, Curse, or so on.

Funny because that exactly happens with or without a premade group in your team.

Or you could get curse and encourage everyone else you meet to use it. It interfaces with League really nicely and doesn't require you to add your teammates to talk with them. Also Riot has mentioned that adding that future is on the table as a possible upgrade to their new chat system but isn't something they currently have any plans for working on.
