so, first you must pop his shield with an autoattack, then he will back off if not an idiot, but let's admit he is an idiot, you then have to waste ability into his windwall to bait it, then he will back of, but let's admit he is rly stupid, and still is in range, now you have to try and hit him with a skillshot while he spam E on the minions. congratz, you finally landed an ability, you did 1/15 of his hp, rince and repeat you might get a kill at 18-20 minute. (o no sorry he actually bought susbtain in the meanwhile now you might as well go afk. )

why is this cancer still not reworked?
