Possible Ryze change

Ryze main back on the boards cause I got another idea.

Previously I asked to shift some power from his Q to his E. But that'd be broken af.

Riot on the PBE gave his W a +60% ap ratio. That actually will help so extremely much.

Also, if they brought his damage down just a little bit (total) they could add it so that could press E on his teammate (think Malph), malphite ults in, Ryze E's malph again, spreading his E juice to the enemies. Then he lands a Q on enemy to activate those E marks. Does crap ton of damage total, and the E E Q combo gives him a speed boost and shield (as it already does). Then he dips and teamfights as normal. ezpz or broken?

Kinda cool but I think it'd be a bit too situational to bring him back up. Once again it'd be too good in pro-play and not as useful in solo queue, a problem Ryze has a lot.

I think that what he needs is the return of CDR on his ult. His old ult used to give CDR which was really helpful since it's such a pain to build cdr on Ryze. Your two cores being AA and ROA don't give any cdr, and the E nerfs made him rely on cdr more than ever before. Letting get some cdr from his ult would help that so much.

I absolutely hate that item on Ryze. It kills build diversity and makes you way too squishy. I want to be able to build items like item 3157 and be more aggressive, or hell, I like to try out unique builds with maybe some stuff like double tear ryze (I'll let you figure that build out on your own.) But I'm limited because I'm forced to build that shitty book every time.
