5th tier Ferocity Mastery suggestion. (diversity)

In the interest of diversity and impactful decisions, the 5th tier masteries in the Ferocity tree fall very short of the mark.

Are you AD? Go left. Are you AP? Go right.

We can open up a mastery slot here for something more interesting by simply combining them into the same slot. I realize you can't fully give BOTH types of penetration (hybrid build abuse), but there are solutions.

Something like: 7% armor and magic pen total, spread between damage types dealt?

This would allow hybrids to get the full 7% benefit, but split between the damage types dealt (maybe only 2% physical, and 5% magic).

Either way, it would be great we were able to make an actual decision at that tier between penetration and something else interesting. (attack range, maybe?)
