Ranked matchmaking???

Anyone else having issue with ranked matchmaking? In preseason I was getting some pretty even matches but now it seems like I either steamroll the enemy team or my team gets hard stomped because of one or two players just seem way out of place. I don't really feel like I'm losing lanes too often its just whether I get random bad players on my team. The amount of even or "fair" games just seems way out of whack compared to preseason. In preseason I felt like I hit a bit of a skill wall where I needed to improve to climb more but this just feels completely random and unrelated to skill. If I played some different champs I'd probably be a little better to 1v9 but just not sure why this season its so bad to climb with regular champs.

Well they did make some changes so it is a little harder to climb back to where you were, all things being equal. However I do notice there seems to be a lot of variation between the skill of players you get in matches now, like some Iron players are way better than Bronze players, etc. I also see like full stacks of unranked players going against all Bronze 2 players sometimes. So there probably is some things that need to be ironed out with matchmaking.
