Minion LAST HIT = PRO
@ Riot,
I'd like to start a rant about last hitting minions being the major skill difference between pro and average players with high skillset. In my opinion, riot should change this extremely repetitive boring requirement for being a high level player as the major factor for winning games. Sure there are games objectives like turrets, dragon, kills, ect but most of the gold advantage goes to the player who just sits there and farms the most and only risks objectives in an extremely calculated manner. That is why all the pro games streamed live are extremely boring to watch up until the last one or two team fights because they are smart and can only risk objectives and gameplay in specific situations. There is so much riding on getting XP and gold from minion kills ect, they can't even risk ganking that often ect. Its more important to stay in lane and get minions than venture out take a risk and maybe initiate a fight. The skill for last hitting minions isn't huge, but it does require tons of repetitive practice that brings very little value to you as a lol player. In my opinion its just not as much fun as other aspects of the game.
In my opinion Riot should change the minion gold to a lower value and up the gold value on kills. This would produce a more dynamic environment and encourage risk taking and not repetitive boring minion kill play. Don't get me wrong it takes a high amount of skill to balance minion kills with everything else, but why are minion kills valued so high over team play and kills. It creates a somewhat one dimensional gameplay model with very individual skillset needed and isn't a very fun aspect of the game. Please change this....let me know if you agree in the comments or if this is the dumbest idea ever.
