RUMBLE seems uncommon

I don't know why people don't take advantage of champs that don't use mana like katarina,zed,akali, and so on but seriously they have always have a lane advantage with pokes and escapes plus I always think the best summoner spells to take are teleport and flash because if you think about whats better be able to return to getting cs/defending your turret or any other reasons while flash its pretty obvious for its use for gap closers as well as escapes or even ganks [slayer-jinx-unamused]
