The guideline and proper etiquette is the first one to call the lane gets it. However, this is not strictly enforced. If you call mid but your ally instalocks Ahri, there isn't anything that can be done about that. Just remember: While you can instalock, you are far more likely to win and have fun if you communicate with your team and compromise. If you and your allies already hate each other in champ select, you are all going to have a bad time.

in all of my 2 000(blind pick ) games , i never know that , tnx a lot for the help ^.^

Or you can mute them because there are 70% of players flamers anyways.

Call lane, sure, but as far as I can tell it's not protected by Riot. Blind is kinda the wild west. Convention is first-come, first-serve, but if you call top and your teammate says "no I'm top" and locks Ornn, there's not really much you can do about it.

It's honestly a shit game mode. Play draft when you can.
