I'm a little confused to why I get placed with people who are constantly having bad games

my past 8 games I've been playing with people who have been having bad games and it resulted into 8 game loss streak. now i'm not saying i'm not to blame because I'm not the greatest but it would be nice to know why I get so many players like this. Funny thing is that most of them are toxic so ye and this always seems to happen when my lp is in the 70s-90s.
