She is good, even statistics back me up on this one. The only thing you shout is " HEHEH YOU LOW ELO IF YOU THINK MY OPINION IS WRONG Q___Q", and its hilarious that you ask for statistics even though you cant back up your own statement.

Erm, no she REALLY doesn't. She's the perfect example of an assassin a glass cannon melee fighter, she doesn't even need her ult most of the time because her Q + E + W combo is so strong. That's why her early game is so terrible, it makes up for her godly end game.

Well, while she is in a somewhat decent place atm. Her Q E W combo deals the least amount of damage out of any Assassin, with the lowest base damage and scalings. The only reason it manages to do good damage is because Katarina players, it seems are good at getting ahead more often than not. Otherwise she is the worse champion to play as if behind.

Also her late game isn't great, at a under 50% winrate, where she shines is mid game at 15~25 minutes in where she has the highest win-rate in the game because her snowball is the best in the game. I mean her passive is stupid unhealthy. Which is why she doesn't need buffs until the rework. (Kat OTP over here)
