Get all 5 players to the top lane bush, have a Blitzcrank on your team and a Ziggs. Everyone takes TP.

Enemy top laner comes to cs

Blitz grabs the top laner and everyone kills them

Get FTB on the top tower, TP to cannon minion if needed.

Keep pushing

Whenever someone has to back TP to a minion under the tower so others may keep attacking it.
