Is Rammus Jungle viable? s5

Umm why wouldn't he be a viable jungle.he still is really only effective if there team has atclwast 2 aa champs

hes ok, his clear time is below average and hes very vulnerable to invades, he also falls off later in the game.

he has a very strong early game and amazing ganking potential.

if you dont pull off at least a gank or two for your team and get kills you hurt your team a little bit by not picking a more relevant jungler like gragas or sejuani.
