If the Jinx ult change on PBE goes through, can we have it visually match the weaker start?

Like the rocket starts out meek and pathetic looking, but as it flies it gets comically larger and more ferocious as flames and ridiculous effects surround it. The execute damage is still the same though, so if it kills someone at close range it should still have a nice explosion.
